The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents, particularly the officials of PS Fatehpur Beri, not to harass the Petitioner in any manner, 1n view of his complaint dated 20.11.2025.

b) Pass any such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the Interest of justice. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the FIR No. 573/2025 has been registered against the petitioner' son and other two persons. He submits that the police officials are regularly coming to the place of the petitioner and threatening the petitioner to share the whereabouts of his son, though the petitioner has no contact with his son for past several years.

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned APP for the State accepts notice. He controverts the allegations made by the petitioner. However, on instructions, he submits that whenever the petitioner is required for the purpose of investigation, he shall be given a written notice. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
