The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. issue an appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the tapering linkage policy dated 26th February 2010 as illegal and void in view of the judgment dated 25th August 2014 and order dated 24th September 2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (CrI.) No. 120 of 2012; and b. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to allow all consequential benefits to be given to the Petitioner in view of the Tapering Linkage Policy dated 26th February, 2010 being declared illegal and void; and C. any other Order or Orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
