Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representations of the petitioners have been decided by the respondents pursuant to the directions contained in the judgment / order dated 04.07.2025, passed in W.P.(C) 8944/2025 and connected matters.

In the circumstances, the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a substantive petition challenging the order whereby the representations of the petitioners have been disposed of by the respondents.

The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
