The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.502/2021 dated 26.08.2021, registered at Police Station Govindpuri, for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'), on the ground that the dispute was settled with the victim and the petitioner and victim have also married each other.

the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 way back in the year 2022. 3.
Undisputedly, the trial is at the fag end and all the witnesses have already been examined in the present case. 4.
In view of the above, at this stage, when the trial has almost concluded, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR. 5.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
