This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 139/2021, registered at Police Station Shalimar Bagh, and all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel who appears for the petitioner, states that allegations levelled against the petitioner are omnibus, vague and generic in nature. No specific details have been provided in the complaint. There is no allegation of physical cruelty in the complaint by respondent No. 2 against the petitioners.
