Admittedly, the Petitioner has taken remedy before the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal [hereinafter referred to as „DRT‟] against the order passed by the Recovery Officer, DRT-I, Delhi.

The Petitioner is stated to have been dispossessed from the property on 01.12.2025. Once the matter is pending before the Presiding Officer, DRT, Delhi, let the Petitioner make necessary application to the concerned Presiding Officer for an expeditious hearing of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed.
