Mr. Rahul Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and submits that the present petition is rendered infructuous as the Petitioner has approached this Court belatedly in light of the fact that the examination for BBA (Hons.) 3rd semester commenced on 21.11.2025 and ends today. Petitioner is fully aware of the schedule of the examination as he had appeared on 21.11.2025, 25.11.2025, 01.12.2025 and 02.12.2025. It is however submitted on instructions that no prejudice will be caused to the Petitioner as he will be entitled to appear in the examination at the end of next semester, subject to the requirement of attendance being fulfilled. 4.
In light of the fact that Petitioner has approached this Court belatedly knowing that the examination in question commenced from 21.11.2025 and today is the last examination, no order can be passed in this writ petition. 5.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
