The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present case is that the Second Appeal dated 28.02.2025, filed by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, be decided expeditiously. 4.

This Court is not inclined to issue any peremptory directions to the CIC, for disposal of the aforesaid second appeal. However, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention the matter before the concerned Bench of the CIC. 5.
