This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondent No.l (Bank) to rectify/withdraw all erroneous and adverse credit entries, including those for February-July 2023 and March 2024, and to re-file correct data with Respondent No.3 (TransUnion CIBIL Ltd.) within a time-bound period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit; and b) direct Respondent No.3 (CIBIL) to update the Petitioners' commercial credit record/CMR in accordance with the corrected reporting and to issue a written rectification confirmation to the Petitioners within 7 days of receipt of corrected data;
c) direct Respondent No.2 (Reserve Bank of India) to decide the Petitioners' grievance by a reasoned order and to ensure compliance with W.P.(C) 18438/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the credit-information regulatory framework by the Respondents within 30 days;
d) direct Respondent No.l to place on record the month wise creditreporting file pertaining to the Petitioners for the relevant period and direct Respondent No.3 to flag the disputed entries with a note that rectification is under consideration of this Hon'ble Court;" 4.
Petitioners have already approached the Banking Ombudsman and thus, at this stage, writ petition is not maintainable and is dismissed with no expression on merits of the case.
