% 04.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after purchasing the land in question, vide Sale Deed dated 12th February, 2018, the petitioner had approached the concerned Tehsildar vide its representation dated 12th March, 2018, which is claimed to have been served in the office of the Tehsildar on 13th March, 2018, but the Tehsildar has not taken any action on the same. It is conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner that aggrieved by the alleged action on the part of the Tehsildar, no representation has been preferred by the petitioner to any of the superior Revenue Authorities. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the competent Revenue Authority and seeks liberty to approach the Court in case at a later stage, if the need arises. The petition and applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
