% 02.02.2016 This is a suit for injunction valued at less than Rs. 2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Naveen Shahdara, Shahdara which falls under the jurisdiction of District Shadhara, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District Shadhara, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi on 06.05.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Ld. counsel for defendant no.1 submits that defendant no.1 is not in his contact hence he seeks discharge from the present case. CS(OS) 1386/2007 1/2

Summoned witness-Amit Kumar, JJA, Record Room, Delhi High Court present and discharged without being examined. Plaintiff is at liberty to summon the witness before the concerned district Court.
