% 25.10.2016 By this petition the petitioner who is the complainant in FIR No. 346/2014 under Sections 376/420/506 IPC registered at PS Mandawali, Delhi had sought cancellation of bail of respondent No.2. During the pendency of the present petition the parties have settled the matter and divorce by mutual consent has been granted between the petitioner and respondent No.2.

The petitioner who is present in Court along with learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Leave granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
