Issue notice. Mr.Jasmeet Singh, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents says that in view of the order that I propose to pass, he does not wish to file a counter affidavit. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage, submits that the prayer made in the writ petition is that Central Information Commission (CIC) be directed to dispose of petitioner‟s appeal under Section 19(3) of RTI Act, 2005.

2.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the appeal before the CIC was filed in and about May 2016 with a delay of 22 days.

Having regard to the limited nature of the relief that the petitioner seeks, the writ petition disposed of with the direction to the CIC to dispose of the petitioner‟s appeal at the earliest.
