In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South West), Dwarka, Delhi, on 03.05.2016.
