The present petition under Section 2, 12 and 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "A) Initiate Contempt proceedings against Contemners/Respondents for having willfully disobeyed and disrespected the orders dated 02.06.2023; 10.07.2023 and 12.09.2024;
B) Inquire into and try the Contempt of this Hon'ble Court; C) Commit and punish the Contemners/Respondents for having committed Contempt of Court;
D) Consider taking suo moto cognizance of Criminal Contempt of Court by Contemners/Respondents and to proceed to commit and punish the Contemners/Respondents for the same; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. E) Direct the Contemners/Respondents to purge themselves of contempt to the extent now possible by complying with spirit of the orders of this Hon'ble Court as also of Ld. ATMCD; F) Grant Costs and expenses;
G) Pass such and/or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may fit deem and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case." 3.
The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 02.06.2023. As per the memo of parties, the present petitioner was neither a petitioner nor a respondent in the aforesaid writ petition bearing no. W.P.(C) 8322/2023 wherein the aforesaid order dated 02.06.2023 has been passed.

It is pertinent to note that another contempt case no. 1729/2025 has been filed by Mr. Bhupendra Singh Dogra who is the petitioner in W.P.(C) 8322/2023 alleging wilful disobedience of the same order dated 02.06.2023 which is the subject matter of the present petition. 5.
In these circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present petition is not maintainable and, therefore, the same is dismissed and disposed of.
