The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Section 27(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Order 39 Rule 2A of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a. allow the present petition and issue notice to the contemnors, to take appropriate actions against the contemnors, for committing default, breach and violation of the order dated 03.03 .2023 R/w Order dated 06.08.2024 and also for commission of offence, under Section 12 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, under Order 39 Rule 2,A CPC and under Section 17 (2) of the A & C Act and R/w Section 27 (5) CPC, and they be prosecuted and punished in accordance with law;
b. issue directions to the contemnors herein to purge the contempt as committed by them by making the payment of Rs. 33,0751- after deducting the TDS every month without any break and further to remove the third party from the possession of the unit/office in question and by revoking the document created by the contemnor in favour of the third party pertaining to unit No. 730, admeasuring 525 sq. ft. on 7th Floor in Tower Tl/Tec 1 (formerly known as T-2/Tec 2) in the information Technology Park "WTC Noida" situated at Plot No. 13A The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c. pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
The present petition alleges the non-compliance of an order dated 03.03.2023 passed by learned Arbitral Tribunal on an application filed on behalf of petitioner under Section 17 (2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is pointed out that final award has been passed on 15.07.2025. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies, as available in law, before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
