The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Court on 28.02.2024 in CWP No. 2857 of 2024; and b). To pass such further order / orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 28.02.2024 in W.P.(C) 2857/2024 has been complied with and he has no further grievance and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
