Learned Senior Counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and apprises that though the respondents have already challenged order dated 3rd December, 2024 by filing a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, reserving their such right, respondents have already done the needful and in order to demonstrate the same, an e-mail has also been sent by respondents to the petitioner today itself.

It is also submitted, on instructions, that the petitioner now has the access to the billing portal.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no longer aggrieved and, therefore, not desirous of continuing with the present contempt petition.
