Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents for not deciding the representation in terms of the directions contained in order dated 1st August, 2024 passed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 10619/2024.

It is noticed that there is no time-frame as such, stipulated by this Court and there is only a direction to decide the same expeditiously. 3.
Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the representation has already been considered and disposed of and communication in this regard has also been sent to the petitioner. 4.
A copy of such communication dated 6th December, 2024 is also placed on record. Be made part of record.

As per the track consignment report, a copy thereof has also been duly received by the petitioner on 9th December, 2024. It is also undertaken that a copy thereof shall be sent to learned counsel for the petitioner through e-mail during the course of the day. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall share his e-mail ID in order to enable the respondents to do the needful.

In view of the above, the petitioner is left with no grievance in the present contempt petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 9.
Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said decision of his representation, he is at liberty to take appropriate steps as permissible under law.
