Learned counsel for the respondent submits that now there is no further deduction or recovery on account of fixed medical allowance. 2.
The order in question was passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court on 07.11.2024 in W.P.(C) 70/2024 whereby the respondents were restrained from making any further recovery on account of fixed medical allowance till further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondents have now assured that there would not be any further recovery but fact remains that after passing of the above said order, they have already recovered a sum of Rs. 6,760/- from petitioner on 27.11.2024. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in case, the above said amount is refunded back and there is no further contravention of the above said specific direction passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court, he CONT.CAS(C) 2027/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. would not press the present contempt petition. 5.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 6.
Needless to say, the respondents shall refund the above said amount to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
