The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking that the time for making the arbitral award be extended. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the arguments in the matter have been finally heard and the arbitrator has reserved the matter for orders. 4.
