% 28.01.2019 IA No.15725/2018 Mr. Sunil Aggarwal, Advocate seeks discharge in the matter. The plaintiff has already engaged a new counsel who is present in Court today. The application is allowed and Mr. Sunil Aggarwal, Advocate is discharged in this matter. The application is disposed of. IA No.1219/2019 in CS(OS) 146/2018 The plaintiff is seeking permission to withdraw the suit on the ground that the parties have amicably settled the matter. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 18th January, 2019, a copy whereof has been filed along with the application. Learned counsel for the defendants confirms the settlement agreement dated 18th January, 2019 and submits that the gift deeds in terms of the settlement have been executed by the concerned parties. IA No.1219/2019 is allowed and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

The application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
