% 26.10.2017 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the matter is settled with the defendants through Mediation Centre and that in terms of the settlement, part of the settlement amount has been received. He submits that he does not wish to further press the suit and seeks to withdraw the suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
