% 16.05.2016 I.A.No.6099/2016(U/o 23 R 3 CPC filed by the plaintiff) This application is filed under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC jointly by the parties for recording of compromise in this suit filed for maintenance etc under the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956. The application is signed by the parties as also their counsels. The application is supported by the affidavits of the parties. The application is in compliance of a written agreement signed by the parties and therefore is accepted by the Court. As per the terms stated in the application a decree will be drawn except to the extent that so far as the FIR is concerned, there cannot be an agreement CS(OS) 1307/2010

before this Court, and whatever is the issue in criminal proceedings or arising from an FIR, will be decided by the concerned competent court. Application is allowed and the suit is disposed of accordingly drawing up a decree as per the terms stated in this application except with respect to the FIR or criminal proceedings.
