Mr. Prashant Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that both parties have come to an amicable settlement in Delhi Mediation Centre, Patiala House Courts. In terms of settlement, petitioner has made payment to the respondent and respondent has since withdrawn his complaint under Section 138 NI Act from the trial Court. 2.
It is further submitted that in view of the settlement, petitioner does not want to press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
