% 11.08.2015 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners fairly states that the decision of the Bombay High Court in Sevantilal & sons and Ors. v. The Union of India and Ors (W.P.(C) Nos. 9955/2013 and 9009/2014), covers the issues raised in the writ petition against the petitioners. He also states that the petitioner no.2 in this present writ petition was also one of the petitioners in another writ petition which was taken up along with Sevantilal (supra).
