The present suit has been placed before the court in view of the order dated 19.4.2016 passed by the Registrar(Original) stating inter alia that the case file has been received back from the court of Ms.Anu Malhotra, District & Sessions Judge(South), Saket, New Delhi in view of the fact that the same falls within the jurisdiction of the South-East District) and not South District.

The Registry is directed to transfer the suit file to the court of the District Judge(South East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. 3.

The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 31.8.2016, for further proceedings.
