After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw the captioned appeal however, it may be clarified that the orders passed by the learned Single Judge would not come in his way for seeking future employment.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that the order passed by the learned Single Judge will not preclude the petitioner from seeking similar employment in the future. 3.

Needless to state that if any such employment is offered the same would necessarily have to follow the protocols, as specified.
