The petitioner has filed this application for revival of the contempt petition on the ground that the respondents have not paid a sum of Rs.5,802/- in terms of the order dated 22nd March, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a sum of Rs.5,802/- was credited in the petitioner's account on 26th April, 2016. Copy of the office order dated 22nd April, 2016, remission details dated 26th April, 2016 and the letter dated are 17th May, 2016 are handed over and taken on record. 2.
The petitioner, present in person, admits the receipt of Rs.5,802/- from the respondents. The petitioner, however, submits that he has other claims against the respondents in respect of which the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit dated 05th May, 2016.

No ground for revival of the contempt petition is made out. The application is, therefore, dismissed. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to avail the appropriate legal remedies available to him in accordance with law in respect of the alleged claims, if any.
