% 23.01.2018 1) Today in CO.PET. No. 107/2011 this Court has appointed the OL attached this Court as the provisional liquidator qua the respondent company. To be noted winding up petition was admitted vis-a-vis the respondent company on 25.8.2014. 1.1) This order was passed in CO.PET. No. 107/2011. In these circumstances the counsel for the petitioner says that the petitionerbank will join the winding up proceedings and, accordingly, prefer its claim with the OL.

2) Having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner-bank this petition is disposed of with liberty to file its claim in the prescribed form along with original documents with the OL within four weeks from today.
