Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that Respondent No. 2 is presently undergoing personal insolvency proceedings, while Respondent No. 1 is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ["CIRP"] proceedings and consequently stands protected by the moratorium imposed under the applicable provisions of law. 2.

In view thereof, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to avail such remedies and take such steps as may be available in law at the appropriate stage.
