The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following relief:- "i. Allow the present Application under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and grant an extension of period of six months for the present Arbitration from the date when such permission is granted by this Hon‟ble Court." 2.
The period of arbitration stood expired on 09.10.2024. At the oral request of the parties, the same is validated till today. 3.
With the consent of the parties and under the facts of the instant case, the Court finds it appropriate to further extend the period of arbitration. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, the period for rendering the award is extended for a period of six months from today.
