Having heard the respective counsels, Ms. Puja S. Kalra, Standing Counsel appearing for respondent/ Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD'), has invited our attention to order dated 15th May 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 3049/2023.

According to Ms. Puja S. Kalra, Standing Counsel for MCD, petitioner's case can be disposed of on the same terms as reflected in the aforesaid order.

In that view of the matter, having regard to the prayer of petitioner seeking directions to respondent for issuance of Certificate of Vending The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (COV) and restraining respondent from taking any action against petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent to verify the credentials of petitioner based on documents. For this purpose, we permit petitioner to appear before the Assistant Commissioner (General Branch), MCD, on 15th December 2025.

After verifying the credentials and the documents, written decision be communicated to petitioner within a period of six weeks from 15th December 2025.
