The present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner assailing the correctness of the ex-parte order dated 07.11.2024 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Order‟] passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-II in T.A. No. 1996/2022 captioned Union Bank of India vs. Vinay Mittal & Anr.

The Petitioner has two effective alternative remedies. First, he can file an application to set aside the Impugned Order and second, to file an Appeal before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi.

Hence, this Court declines to interfere while relegating the Petitioner to the alternative remedy.
