At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that certain inadvertent typographical errors have crept in the writ petition filed by him. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. 2.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the writ petition.
