This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 2 months to make and publish the final Award.

It is stated that the arguments have been concluded and only the Arbitral Award needs to be pronounced.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondent. 12.

Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 13.

I am of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for the delay.
