The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution against an order dated 30.10.2024, passed by the Assessing Officer of the respondent - Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited, under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take such alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioner. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
