For the reasons the stated in the present application, the same is allowed and the petition is taken up for hearing today itself. 2.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. W.P.(C) 17781/2024 & CM APPL. 75712/2024 (stay) 1.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Deed dated 05.03.2025. A copy of the said settlement deed has been placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the settlement amount has already been paid vide a cheque which stands encashed.
