After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will be moving a fresh petition to assail the order dated 01.08.2024 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal („DRAT‟). He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to state, in view of the aforesaid if the petitioner assails the order dated 01.08.2024 passed by the learned DRAT, the same will be considered on its own merits.
