The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate contempt proceedings against Contemnor/Respondent Nos. 15 and take appropriate action against them in terms of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for their continued wilful disobedience and deliberate noncompliance with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court by way of judgment dated August 28, 2025 in W.P.(C) No. 1103 of2020;

b. Direct Contemnor/Respondent Nos. 1-5 to f01ihwith clear the an ears of outstanding salary due and owed to the Petitioner; c. Direct Contemnor/Respondent Nos. 1-5 to forthwith re-register the Petitioner with the National Pension System and make monthly contributions for the period commencing from February 14, 2020; d. Direct Contemnor/Respondent Nos. 1-5 to forthwith file an affidavit of compliance with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court by way of judgment dated August 28, 2025 in W.P.(C) No. 1103 of2020; and e. Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case." 3.

pursuance of the common judgment dated 28.08.2025 in W.P.(C) 1103/2020 & other connected petition, arrears of the outstanding salary due to the petitioner has been cleared. Learned counsel, on instructions, further submits that the petitioner has been re-registered with National Pension Scheme and monthly contributions as per the entitlement has been approved and the same shall be credited to her account in due course of time. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 6.
