After arguing some time, learned counsel for the appellant sought permission to withdraw the present appeal, however with a liberty to file reply before the Inquiry Officer within a period of fifteen days. 2.

On Court's query as to why time should be allowed to him, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, who is present in Court, submitted that his wife is indisposed and is suffering from stage 2 cancer.

In the interest of justice, while dismissing the appeal as withdrawn, two weeks' time is allowed to the appellant to file reply. 4.
