The core dispute in the instant matter pertains to the determination of the legally wedded wife of late Mr. Kawal Jit Singh Talwar (deceased). 2.

The petitioner and the respondent no. 4 have a competing interest, as they both claim to be the validly married wife of the deceased. 3.

The nature of the dispute sought to be agitated in the instant petition cannot be based on the available record. The same would have to be adjudicated based on oral and documentary evidence to be adduced by both parties before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
