Criminal Revision Petition under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.) read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C./under Section 438 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/State, to challenge the Order on Charge dated 01.02.2025 of the learned ASJ-03, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in FIR No.89/2019 under Section 3/4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999, registered at Police Station Geeta Colony, Delhi whereby the Respondents have been discharged for the offence under Section 3/4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999.
