The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India r/w Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the FIR No. 467/2025 dated 09.08.2025 registered under Section 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) BNS at P.S. Krishna Nagar. 2.

Briefly stated, on 08.08.2025, the Complainant/Respondent No.3 went to visit his nephew Md.Faizan at House No. 4929/D/21 Gali No.O, Sartaaj The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Mohalla, Kanti Nagar Extension, Krishna Nagar when he saw that the accused persons, who were residents of the same area, were beating his nephew in front of Munna's House. While the nephew of the complainant/respondent No.3 was trying to save him, the petitioners/accused continuously gave beatings to him and restrained him. Upon receipt of the MLC of the victim/injured, the FIR was registered. 3.

It is stated that during the pendency of the proceedings, with the intervention of common friends, family elders, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. A compromise deed dated 17.10.2025 has been executed between the petitioners and the complainants/respondents. It is stated that they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed 4.

All parties are present in person and it is noted that they are all neighbours and had a fight, wherein lacerated injury was suffered by the Respondent No.2 Mohd. Faizan.

The complainant/respondent No.3 Mohd. Rakim is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with all the five accused. He has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 6.

The parties are identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR No. 467/2025 dated 09.08.2025 registered under Section 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) BNS at P.S.
