The petitioner assails an order dated 18.06.2024, passed by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission under Section 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

After some hearing, Mr. Amit Gaurav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003 against the impugned order, if the petitioner is so advised.

The petition, alongwith, pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
