Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the respondent no.2 and respondent no. 3 in their counter-affidavit in paragraph no. 7, the petition can be disposed of while binding the said respondents to their assertions that they will not rely on the redacted portion of statement of Mr. Vikas Tikmani. affidavit filed by respondent nos. 2 and 3, is extracted as under: "7. That, without prejudice and without constituting any precedent, the Deponent hereby submits that the redacted portion of statement of Mr. Vikas Tikmani, an individual of Opposite Party No.6, will not be relied upon by the Respondent No.2 during the course of pending inquiry. This will effectively address the concern of the Petitioner regarding procedural fairness and principles of natural justice."

The respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall remain bound by the aforesaid statement. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner stands mitigated and, accordingly, the petition along with pending application, stands disposed of.
