This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or directions thereby directing that the case of the Petitioners titled as "Government of NCT of Delhi Vs Harman Jaspal" Diary No. 30583 of 2021" is covered under E-3 category of the decision passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No. 26697 of 2019 titled as Delhi Development Authority Vs. Tejpal & Others; (ii) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or directions thereby directing the Respondents to follow the directions passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Para 73 of the Judgment dated 17.05.2024 in the aforesaid case SLP (Civil) No. 26697 of 2079 titled as Delhi Development Authority Vs. Tejpal & Others;

(iii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions to Respondents to quash the illegal and arbitrary Vacation/Demolition Notice dt. 21.11.2025 concerning Khasra No. 636/2(1-9), 690(2-6), Village Neb Sarai, New Delhi;
(iv) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction thereby restraining the Respondents from illegally dispossessing the Petitioners from the private land situated in Khasra No. 636/2(1-9), 690(2-6), 691/2(2-0) 694/1(3-6), 700/1(1-17), 700/2 (1-17) and 702 (1-18), Village Neb Sarai, Tehsil Hauz Khas, New Delhi."

Mr. Bansal, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
