After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the Special Task Force constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C. Mehta vs Union of India & Ors.] in respect of alleged unauthorised construction in property bearing Plot No. T-146/6/1, admeasuring 300 Sq. Yds., Khasra No. 68, Village Kilokari, Chowk Hari Nagar, Ashram, Jaggannath Market, Mathura Road, New Delhi.
