Pursuant to an order dated 08.01.2025, Mr. Chand Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, is present in Court, and tenders an unconditional apology for his absence yesterday. The apology is accepted.

After some hearing, Mr. Qureshi, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to institute appropriate civil proceedings in respect of the grievances raised in the writ petition. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
