% 11.07.2018 In this case a moratorium has come into force under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach Insolvency Professional to agitate his dues. He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek revival of the same in the eventuality, for some reason, the proceedings before NCLT do not proceed further.
